[ ARCHITECTURE_STACK ]

The Anatomy of Ship.

We've deconstructed the browser and rebuilt it as a professional engineering instrument.

[ MODULE_01 // ISOLATION ]

One repo. One workspace.

Isolated physical instances for every project. Cookies, local storage, and history stay where they belong. Switch between project environments with zero context bleed or data contamination.

[ MODULE_02 // PLUGINS ]

Native Addons.

Forget slow, resource-heavy extensions. Ship features high-performance developer tools baked directly into the Rust core, including a native GraphQL explorer and real-time system diagnostics.

[ MODULE_03 // CONTEXT ]

Context Memory.

A persistent, multi-modal knowledge graph that understands your stack. Ship remembers your documentation queries, flow state, and stack-specific preferences across every session.

[ MODULE_04 // MANIFEST ]

Fully Customizable.

Ship is a blank canvas. Every UI element, hotkey, and workspace layout is a configuration. Modify and version-control your entire browser experience via a simple, structured JSON manifest.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026 ยท Effective immediately

The short version: We collect your email address to notify you when Ship launches. We collect feature suggestions you voluntarily submit. We don't sell your data. We don't spam you. You can ask us to delete everything at any time.

1. What we collect

When you join the Ship waitlist, we collect:

  • Email address โ€” required to notify you about Ship's launch and updates
  • Feature suggestions โ€” if you voluntarily submit ideas or feedback via our suggestion form
  • Basic usage data โ€” anonymous page visit data (no personal identifiers) to understand how people find us

We do not collect your name, location, payment information, or any other personal data.

2. How we use it

Your email is used exclusively for:

  • Notifying you when Ship launches or enters beta
  • Sending occasional product updates (no more than once a month before launch)
  • Sending your early access invite when Ship is ready

Your feature suggestions are used to shape Ship's roadmap and prioritize what we build. Suggestions may be referenced publicly (e.g. "many users asked for X") but never attributed to you personally.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell, trade, or rent your email address to anyone.

We may share your email with the following service providers solely to operate the waitlist:

  • Email delivery provider โ€” to send you launch notifications (e.g. Resend, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Waitlist platform โ€” if we use a third-party waitlist tool to manage signups

These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than delivering our emails.

4. Social media

Our website contains links to our social media profiles including Twitter/X and GitHub. When you click these links, you leave our site and are subject to those platforms' own privacy policies.

We do not embed social media trackers or widgets on this page. Clicking social links does not share your data with us.

5. Suggestions you submit

If you submit a feature suggestion or feedback through our form, you agree that:

  • The suggestion becomes available to the Ship team to review and act on
  • We may incorporate your idea into the product without compensation
  • We will never publicly attribute a suggestion to you without your explicit permission
  • You can request your suggestion be deleted by emailing us

We genuinely read every suggestion. It's the most valuable input we get.

6. Data storage & security

Your data is stored securely by our service providers, which operate on infrastructure in the United States and/or European Union.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data transmission.

We will retain your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until Ship is fully launched and the waitlist is no longer needed.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access โ€” request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Delete โ€” request we delete your email and any suggestions you submitted
  • Unsubscribe โ€” every email we send includes an unsubscribe link
  • Correct โ€” ask us to correct any inaccurate data

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@getship.dev. We'll respond within 7 days.

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you also have rights under GDPR/UK GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Last updated: May 2026 ยท Effective immediately

The short version: This is a waitlist for Ship, a browser for vibe coders currently in development. By signing up, you're expressing interest โ€” not purchasing anything. There are no guarantees. Be respectful. Don't abuse the form.

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing this website or joining the Ship waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or submit your email.

These terms apply to the Ship waitlist website only. When Ship is released as a product, separate terms will apply to its use.

2. The waitlist

The Ship waitlist is a way to express interest in Ship and receive early access when the product launches. By joining the waitlist:

  • You understand Ship is currently in development and has no guaranteed launch date
  • You understand that joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product
  • You agree to receive occasional emails about Ship's development and launch
  • You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email
  • You confirm the email address you provide is your own

Joining the waitlist is completely free. We will never charge you for a waitlist position.

3. Feature suggestions

We welcome feature suggestions and feedback submitted through our suggestion form. By submitting a suggestion, you agree that:

  • Your suggestion becomes available to the Ship team to review and consider
  • We may implement ideas from your suggestion in the product without any obligation to compensate you
  • We do not guarantee any suggestion will be implemented
  • Your suggestion will not be publicly attributed to you without your permission
  • You will not submit suggestions that are harmful, offensive, illegal, or violate others' rights
We genuinely want your ideas. Every suggestion is read by the team. The best product is built with real feedback from real builders.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website or its forms to:

  • Submit fake, malicious, or spam email addresses
  • Attempt to scrape, crawl, or automate submissions
  • Submit suggestions that contain hate speech, threats, or illegal content
  • Impersonate any person or organization
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the website

We reserve the right to remove any submission and block any user who violates these terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Ship name, logo, website design, copy, and all associated branding are the intellectual property of Ship and its creators. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of this website without written permission.

The Ship product, when released, will have its own licensing terms. This waitlist website does not grant you any license to the Ship software.

6. Disclaimers

This website and the Ship waitlist are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • That Ship will launch by any specific date
  • That Ship will include any specific feature
  • That the website will be available at all times without interruption
  • That the information on this site is complete or error-free

Ship is an indie project built by a small team. We're being honest with you: things may change, timelines may shift, and features may be added or removed. We'll always communicate openly.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ship and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in the waitlist.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of this website is limited to zero, as this is a free waitlist and no financial transaction has occurred.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify waitlist members via email before those changes take effect.

The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the waitlist after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
